While we welcome people from other countries...If they don’t want to say it our way...
I believe we say "putter" on this side of the pond, &lt;g&gt;  or is it just down here south of the border that we say putter. I only seem to remember the word in (British) books.

So, when you hear the name "Harry Potter" does it conjure up pictures of someone "occupying themself in an aimless and ineffective manner" (AHD)? I had never made a connection before between his name and potter the way you just used it.&lt;/g&gt;</description>
