Montreal Scavenger Hunt 11 - Free Book!
I remembered to take a photo on the way to work today, so it’s scavenger hunt time again. Tell me where the picture below was taken, go there and take a similar photo for your own blog, and collect the book which is hidden behind this piece of art.
If you catch the book, remember to register it at bookcrossing.com.
This photo was taken North of St Catherine St, South of Dr Penfield, East of Peel and West of University. Good hunting.

I’m stumped!
I remember seeing that sculpture, but I can’t remember where… I know the book has been already found though, so maybe the finder could let us know where it was !
It’s been already found !
Journal Entry
It was on the side of McCord Museum, on Victoria street, right across from McGill College, and just downstairs from my office at 2020 University, where I have a beautifull view of the museum, McGill and Mount-Royal.
BlackJack65 tried to post here but it didn’t work. Now I feel intelligent once I knew where it was !
Got it!
(about 10 minutes after it was published)
Thanks to KarinAlyssa for quoting my Book Crossing Entry.
See pictures of this sculpture here,
with a Travel Bug I moved for a fellow GeoCacher;

Congrats GeoCacher! Sorry about the commenting problems, your other alias is prime fodder for my spam filters.
Karin’s comment also got spam-trapped because she mentioned said alias, but I managed to save it from the black hole.
Thank you,
Might I suggest protecting future drops in a ziplock bag,
in case they are not found before it rains?
I sometimes drop books in GeoCaches,
and even though the container is waterproof,
I always wrap the books in a plastic bag
in case the finder does so in the rain,
so as not to ruin it on the way to his place.
Thanks again,
