‘Tis the Season
And so it begins…
Tomorrow is the third annual wreath-making and geeky game-playing invitational chez Cara and Tyler.
Upstairs, the women will be wielding glue-guns and demonstrating their creativity, while downstairs the guys will be embroiled in a marathon game of Civilisation.
Most importantly however, there will be lots of yummy food made by Cara.

Me and my wreath from last year.

Terrific looking wreath! I’ve never considered making my own, but maybe I’ll think about it. The one I bought years ago is starting to look a little weary.
Btw…you’ve been tagged! Check out my blog if you want to participate in the ‘7 Things…’ meme. No pressure though - I know that not everyone likes these kinds of things.

I seriously admire your wreath making skills. I also admire your appreciation of food. Food made by other people always tastes best

Yer such a Martha. But without the prison term, of course.

re: “Me and my wreath from last year.”
Is this a photo from last year or are you using a wreath that is a year old? If the latter, I would love to know your wreath-preservation skills!

Lady - Don’t be so sure about that prison term.
Alan - Hmm I see your point. The picture is of me and the wreath taken a year ago. As for wreath-preservation…well, you could always try spraying it with shellac or maybe um…soaking it in olive oil. Or you could just buy a plastic one. Could, but shouldn’t really.
