Aidan is One
Thursday, December 14th, 2006Aidan turned one at the weekend and we celebrated in style with much food and wine (Aidan didn’t get any wine) and a huge pile of gifts for the spoiled boy. He hasn’t quite figured out giftwrap yet so I did most of the gift opening for him.
Aidan at one:
- He talks in his own language
- He stands up on his own until he realises he’s standing up on his own
- He still smiles and laughs a lot
- He understands lots of words and picks up new ones every day
- He doesn’t want to sleep any more
- He’s almost into double figures in the tooth department
- He loves books
- He ignores the TV unless there are cars
- He started getting shy around strangers
- He clings to Mummy
- He has cooler clothes than his parents
- He’s spoiled by his grandparents
